At Cemay & Co. we take care of your data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have.

Information we collect

Order details: name, shipping address, email, phone number and the items you buy.
What you send us for custom orders: your idea, photos, sketches or 3D files, and personalization text.
Messages you send us on WhatsApp or by phone.
Basic browser data, such as the contents of your cart, which is stored on your own device.

Payments

Payments are processed by secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

How we use your data

To prepare, ship and track your order.
To answer your questions and quote custom orders.
To meet legal obligations, such as taxes and accounting.
To improve the shop and prevent fraud.

Who we share your data with

Only with the providers we need to operate: our e-commerce platform, payment processors, shipping carriers and web hosting. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser storage only to remember your cart. For now we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we do in the future, we will say so here and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How long we keep your data

We keep order data for as long as we need it to serve you and for the period required by tax laws. Files for custom orders are deleted when they are no longer needed for the order.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, and to stop sending you messages. If you live in Colorado or another state with privacy laws, you can also exercise the rights those laws give you. To do so, contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

Children

Our shop is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
