3D printing studio Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase and custom order you place with Cemay & Co. By buying from our shop, you accept them.
Our products
All pieces are designed and 3D printed in our studio with plant-based organic PLA filament. Because each piece is made individually, there may be small variations in size, color or texture, and layer lines are part of the finish. Photos and on-screen colors are for reference.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars (USD). Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your address. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if that affects your order, we will let you know before shipping and you can cancel it at no cost.
Custom orders
- We send you a quote and a design preview. Production starts once you approve it and payment is confirmed.
- By sending us text, logos or images, you confirm you have the right to use them.
- We may decline orders with offensive or illegal content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
Use and safety
- Our pieces are decorative and for general use. They are not food safe unless the description says otherwise.
- PLA softens with heat: avoid the dishwasher, hot water and leaving pieces in a car in the sun (over 140 °F / 60 °C).
- Some pieces have small parts: keep them away from children under 3 and from pets. They are not toys.
- Candle holders: never leave a lit candle unattended. Lamps: use only the included LED bulb or an equivalent low-energy one.
Shipping, returns and refunds

Intellectual property
The designs, photos, texts and logo of Cemay & Co. belong to us. You may not copy them or reproduce our pieces for sale without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for damage caused by use other than described.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one posted on this page at the time of your purchase.
